TaxiBhutan.com makes it easy to find a nearby taxi — free of charge for both drivers and customers.
For Customers
- Register as a customer.
- Drop a pin on the map — use your GPS location or place it manually.
- Set your search radius.
- Request a taxi. Nearby available drivers will see your request.
- Review offers, accept, or negotiate the price.
- Once confirmed, your driver’s name, vehicle, license plate number and phone number of the driver are shown.
- After the ride, rate your driver.
For Drivers
- Register with your phone number, CID, and vehicle details.
- Go “Available” to share your location and see nearby requests.
- Submit a price offer for any request within your range.
- Negotiate until you and the customer agree.
- Start the ride once confirmed, and mark it complete when finished.
- Rate your customer afterwards.
Fair Use
- If a confirmed ride doesn’t happen because one side doesn’t show up, please report it as a “no-show” — this keeps the platform reliable for everyone. (“I had to go somewhere else, as I had some urgent work” is not a valid excuse, but considered as “no show”)
- This platform only connects drivers and customers. It does not process payments; fares are agreed and paid directly between driver and customer.
