How It Works

BhutanTaxi.Com makes it easy to find a nearby taxi — free of charge for both drivers and customers.

For Customers

1. Register as a customer.
2. Drop a pin on the map — (use your GPS location or place it manually.)
3. Set your search radius.
4. Request a taxi. Nearby available drivers will see your request.
5. Review offers, accept one or negotiate the price.
6. Once confirmed, your driver’s name, vehicle, and phone number are shown.
7. After the ride, rate your driver.

For Drivers

1. Register with your phone number, CID, and vehicle details.
2. Go “Available” to share your location and see nearby requests.
3. Submit a price offer for any request within your range.
4. Negotiate until you and the customer agree.
5. Start the ride once confirmed, and mark it complete when finished.
6. Rate your customer afterwards.

Fair Use

• If a confirmed ride doesn’t happen because one side doesn’t show up, please report it as a no-show — this keeps the platform reliable for everyone.
• This platform only connects drivers and customers. It does not process payments; fares are agreed and paid directly between driver and customer.
